The City of Los Angeles provides eligible multifamily residential buildings with FREE recycling services by mid-summer. Multifamily residential properties participating in the program, will receive the following: FREE recycling services once a week FREE blue bins for storage of recyclables FREE educational materials for residents about the types of materials accepted in blue bins Multifamily
residential buildings, such as apartments, townhomes, condominiums and mobile
home parks, must have a minimum of 5 residential units. Funding for this program is provided in part through a grant awarded by the California Department of Conservation.
